I would like to extend a welcome to you. At Rainbow Vista, we strive to give
you the best living arrangements at the most affordable price. There are no
buy-in fees or entrance fees to worry about. Rent is month to month with a one
year price guarantee.
We are an active senior community offering many convenient amenities.
Cats are welcome (with a small pet deposit). Small Dogs (under 15 lbs & kept in
your apartment) are welcome (with a small pet deposit). Minimum age about
55 years young, or around retirement age. (Partner may be younger at the
discretion of management). Since we are an active senior community you must
be able to handle all of your own personal activities of daily living.
Rainbow Vista is an active retirement community.
If you are concerned you may need some assistance with personal care,
Rainbow Vista suggests checking out home health care agencies. They can
provide you with these services by having their personal care attendants come
in to your apartment, here at Rainbow Vista, and help you with some activities
of daily living.
